DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXCELSIOR METAL PRODUCTS!!!! We won a government bid to supply electronic lockers. We placed an order with Excelsior Metal Products along with a large deposit and werre told that our items would ship in 12-weeks. We were told at the 12 week mark that they needed more money which we sent, also thounsnds of dollars!!
This order was placed in October 2012 and after many excuses from Excelsior Metal Products and our indicating to them that we were going to send one of our employees in to their facility, they, Excelsior Metal Products canceled our order. This was done in April 2013.
It is now June, 2013 and we STILL have not received our deposit of thousands of dollars!!! Jordan Cayne who is the owner of this company has told us that he does not have the money. I can only feel that he never intended to return our money or supply any product and he took our money knowing this!! He once told me that he could not extend us credit terms because he was not a bank. However, I guess it's okay for him to use us as HIS bank!!
Do not trust this company, or Jordan Cayne to be honest. We are a small company and this has really hurt us!!
I am only hoping that I can save another company from this kind of pain.

We previously wrote a report stating that Excelsior Metal Products ripped us off. We would like to correct that statement. We did cancel our contract with them, and they did not return our money upon cancellation. However, like a lot of business in todays market place, it was not due to being a fradulant company, but because their business had hit a slump. They have failtfully made payments to us and have almost completely paid back our deposit. We wish to apologize to Excelsior Metal Products and thank them for thrie faithfullness in getting the money owed to us paid back
