The guide had no recent guiding experience in the local area which they state was not a requirement of their guides.

I was charged 170€ for one night accommodation (due to a late booking) even after I offered to book all accommodation 9 months in advance & the guide confirmed all bookings had been made well in advance.

They made a last minute change of guide and placed me (a single female traveller) with a male guide without asking me if I was comfortable with the change or offering a trip cancellation, or refund.

After raising my feedback with them, they continued to push all responsibility for my issues back on me and after spending over 3 weeks of back and forth communications trying to clarify that their reasoning was unfounded, they still refuted to take responsibility.  

Do yourself a favour and use a different company - there's lots of other great ones out there.
