Just like the previous complaint, we had a service technician attend our home to take a look at our hot tub. He was here for 5 minutes and advised that we needed a new pump. He quoted $650. When we seemed suprised at the cost, he was rude and unhelpful. He charged us $120 for showing up for 5 minutes. After consulting a few other places, we have learned that $650 was a huge rip off. Stay away.
