Extreme Sealcoating Sealcoating company that causes damage to your house and does a terrible job. And does not hold themselves accountable Columbus Ohio

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  I hired Nick Wanko, owner of Extreme Sealcoating over two weeks ago to seal my office building parking lot, my personal residence (1600 foot common access driveway) and my neighbors personal driveway.  Nick did not honor his word on the start date, did not fill but 10% of the cracks for the job, sprayed overspray all over our landscaping stones and sprayed overspray on my neighbors stone on his house, sprayed overspray on his garage doors and sprayed overspray on his concrete garage floor.  Nick has continued to blame mother nature for everything from coming back to complete the job to fixing the extensive damage to my neighbor house.  Nick also blames mother-nature for all of the overspray on my neighbor stone and garage doors.  Nick says it rained (which he continued to say was not his fault) and that's what caused all the black sealer to splash up on my neighbor house and stonework.

Needless to say, I have no relationship with my neighbor anymore due to Nick and his company.  I realize issues happen, but this should not have happened and Nick and his company will not hold themselves accountable for anything.  We will be filing a lawsuit against Nick and his company to repair the damage to my neighbor house and the cost to hire another sealing company to complete the job.  Nick and his company wanted payment right when the job was completed and it was dark.  I paid him in full and was not able to evaluate his awful work and damage.  Contract at your own risk if you use this company.
