The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Chris Dallmann during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Extreme Tactical Dynamics.

Aspire Sales is the corporate name for Extreme Tactical Dynamics. Extreme Tactical Dynamics offers first-responders, government agencies, and private companies high-quality emergency lights. Their products boast being high quality, affordable, and are able to suit the needs of any vehicle. Chris Dallman stated the following about this company, "our business model is that we are a manufacturer of emergency vehicle lights that we sell to police departments, fire departments government agencies, and individual users such as tow truck drivers, construction workers, and those types of folks."

Leads for Extreme Tactical Dynamics are obtained through online marketing, and their brick and mortar store. Mr. Dallman went on to explain the sales and service process for online and physical customers, "for Internet the customer would go to the website, look for the product that they are looking for, add it to their cart, check out with us. Once they check out, the order would come into our office, processed, and go to the warehouse. The warehouse would package it and it would go out through the shipping department. For customers that come in person, they select the item they would like to get, pay for it, and out the door they go."


During the on-site interview, Mr. Dallman was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Dallman expressed that their most common complaint arises when a customer is unable to reach Extreme Tactical Dynamics via phone. In order to remedy this issue, " we have added 6 digital phone lines coming into the building with an automated system. It will put them on hold, so when a caller hangs up, they are the next caller in line." He additionally stated, " we have over 100,000 customers, there are times where folks are not happy with something along the line, is why we offer a 5year warranty on LED lights and 2-year warranties on the components of the products. And we have also started offering last month, which we are going to carry forward, a 7-day money back policy."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Dallman stated the complaints were made after an anonymous consumer was unable to reach them via phone. He additionally expressed that he did not feel like they were given the opportunity to assist the customer, which is something they are dedicated to. In order to assure future and current customers, Mr. Dallman stated the following, "We belong to the Chamber of Commerce, we belong to the Better Business Alliance. We belong to the NFPA aka National Fire Protection Association. We are also on SAM.gov, which is a US government approved vendor. We have our business and tax license, no specific credentials in this business. No certification required."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Dallman stated, " we have done a couple of things, the 6-line digital phone system, increased our staffing, brought in a multi-million-dollar inventory control system that helps us control the inventory levels in our warehouse and makes sure we are in stock for our customers all the time."

I ordered a set of the Hornet 12 grill lights, a double switch with momentary, and 2 swivel brackets for the lights on 10/29/15. Upon receiving the package on 10/31/15, the 2 swivel brackets were not in the box. I had attempted to reach this company by phone the day I placed my order, because I had not received a confirmation email or invoice. It simply places you on hold, and then will disconnect you after a message about how "all call takers are busy."

I did receive an email back when I inquired on the status of my order.

I still had no invoice, but at least I knew my order had been shipped. I made the appointment with the installation shop here in town once I tracked the package and saw it would arrive on Saturday. I made the appointment for the following Thursday. 

On Monday 11/2/15, I again tried to reach this company multiple times by phone. No such luck. I was able to reach a rep with their "live chat" feature. When I asked why the brackets were not in the box, I was told that they were "back ordered" and would ship in 1-2 weeks. I explained I had an appointment with a professional shop that I could not cancel without a fee. The rep stated "I would have waited until I received the box before making the appointment."

At this point I informed whoever this was, that I had not received an email confirmation or invoice for my order. When I did receive the reply above, it mentions NOTHING about part of the order not being in the shipment. Any reasonable person would assume without this information that the complete order had been shipped. I asked to speak to a manager, and to have them call me. I was told that "all the managers are busy". I have yet to receive a call from this company regarding this.

I have requested a refund for the products that did not ship out by email, since I had to order brackets from another company and overnight them to complete the installation as scheduled. No response. No one answers the phone. Ever. I now have to take this up with my bank and explain the situation. Save yourself the trouble and do not order any products from Extreme Tactical Dynamics, or their other DBA name 911 Signal USA. Any company that operates in this way does not deserve the business of consumers who make public service their personal responsibility.
