Fairbanks Capital Corp AKA Equicredit ripoff business from hell Jacksonville Florida

I can't think of the right word for this company .....

Please can someone help us! Fairbanks Capital Corp needs to be put out of business. Since 5/30/2002, I have been recieving letters from the insurance service center, asking to prove covage of homeowners insurance.

The very next day I faxed a copy of are covage, since the first fax I sent, I have faxed 15 more copys of proof, along with my insurance company faxing them proof.

Since May we have recieve a phone call ever night for the past 6 month, they started a escrow account for us where they where taking part of are house payment and putting it in the escrow account for homeowners covage, so every month they call and say we have not made are payment.

You can never talk with a supervisor, or anyone in charge, never have I been given a last name of any one that has called my home. I just don't know what to do, (NO one listens)

If anyone out there can lead me down the right road, please write back.
