My loan was sold to Fairbanks Capital and they failed to pay my homeowners insurance and were late paying my taxes. Subsequently my insurance was cancelled and I am unable to obtain homeowners insurance because my home is over 30 years old and I have to have multiple inspections before anyone will insure me. They have now force placed insurance and I have hired a lawyer to sue them for the cost of Insurance and all losses I have incurred as a result of their negligence.
Do not let this company do to you what they have done to me. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been without insurance now for about 2 years and I intend to take this as far as necessary to recover from this company any and all damages. I will be more than happy to join any class action suit against this company.
