Faitbanks Capital ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff business from hell Salt Lake City Utah

I like many other am a victom of Fairbanks Capital.
My husband went out of work in May of 2002 due to a neck injury.

When I realized that I was not going to be able to make the monthly payments i started calling them in July to make arrangements for payments
You have to take in to account that the year before this they said that we were behing on our payment and were going to foreclose.

We aggreed to make payment of almost $700 a month for 12 month including attorney fees.

These payments were set up so there would be no foreclosure.

Well needless to say we made the payment every month for a solid year western union with an additional 12 fee the foreclosure was turned in on our credit.

The over payment were never resoled and when my husband went out of work in 2002 me thinking that we were only 2 months behing, according to them we were over 6 months behind.

I tried for 3 months to make contact with some at Fairbanks every letter I received I called the number, the person was never available
When we were able to get in touch with someone and try to work something out and the story was told of my husband being out of work with me just working and 2 small children at home they said
that they would work with us.
During all this time my husband has had 2 major operations,

When Fairbanks finally got back with us they needed $1,000 dollars a month for back payments, attorney fees from the previous year that we had already paid and attorney fees for the current late payments. Over the span of 2 yeas our payments went from $440 a month to $1,000 a month.

We were lucky enough to find a great person who would lease us a beautiful home and moved of the home under Fairbanks Capital. As of last month they have forclosed on our property with no notices to appear what so ever.
Well they had already destroyed our credit the previous year so one more is not going to hurt how many time can you report a foreclosure on the same property.
So as far as i'm concerned i will take my 7 yeas of bad credit
Fairbanks Capital can shove the property where the sun don't shine. They will never get their money out of the property.

My husband is still out of work my childern are fed and we are happy and away from Fairbanks Capital.
