Falcon Ridge Apartments Management Dog Feces Everywhere, no place for children to play, cannot escape the smell Spring Texas

My wife and I have 2 small children. We recently moved here into this horrible apartment complex without prior knowledge of just what we were in for. We are now locked into a 13 month lease with no foreseeable way to get out of it. The complaints we have are numerous but the following issues are the most contentious at this present time: The grounds are literally saturated with dog feces. It appears that no one in the complex will pick up after their dog even though there are signs posted that warn of fines. Our kids cannot play anywhere on the grounds due to the many, many piles of dog feces layered over one another hidden in the grass and scattered along the walkways. Then there is the problem of massive roach infestation. Our apartment has been visited by pest control many times already, but without any result or remedy. The laundry facility consists of broken down machines that take your coins but don't function. The ones that do are just barely functional and the smell in there is putrid from all the washing of the soiled blankets and bedding of tenants' pets. Yes, of course we have complained to the management. They have a slack attitude and do very little if nothing at all. In short, they don't care. Beware if you are looking to rent at this location. First you will be mislead about everything during the application process while they smirk and take your money. So do not sign anything until you get full disclosure on everything and demand to view the apartment before moving in. Don't let them show you one of their "models".
