Fallbrook Car Stereo and Tinting Refuses to refund money for faulty wiring of aftermarket stereo done by them on a brand-new 2016 Honda Civic Fallbrook California

This place is absolutely the worst of the worst and I beg you not to go here if you care about your car and having some piece of mind. The owner and the son have zero customer service skills at best. My wife had them install a simple subwoofer and amp and the install was done all wrong as we would later find out by the Honda service center. My wife goes to crank up the car and when she does every safety/warning error on the screen pops up and the steering wheel became stiff and unable to move.

Why would this be occurring in a car that is brand new and not even two months old. We have the car towed to Honda and long story short, the Honda technician discovered the faulty wiring done by Fallbrook Car Stereo and determined that the wiring which was altered was the problem. Well we reached out to Fallbrook Car Stereo and do you know this shop continuously deflected all blame and instead pointed the finger at the vulnerability of modern cars and the unpredictability of technology in new cars.

Please do not go here if you value customer service. Please do not go here if you value guaranteed quality and customer satisfaction because you will not find it here.This review would be no stars if I could do that but I can't. We will be suing them and if you want to avoid a suit then just don't go here because it isn't worth the headache I'm dealing with now.
