I googled the name of the company you reported and found TWO addresses for them and they happened to be located right above your Rip-Off Report on them:

Servicing Nationally
With Local Offices at:

7516 E Independence

Charlotte, NC 28227

4850 N State Road 7
Suite G-104
Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319

I am curious how they can be serving NATIONALLY if they only have TWO local offices.

Your attorney general might want to contact these folks as a palce to start the investigation.

Notice that they are in "suites" which MAY be mail drops...
