The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Brent Vaughn and Nick Sauve during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Faraday Construction.

Faraday Construction is a company focused on providing consumers with the services that will increase the value of their home. This includes exterior and interior home improvements as well as repairing damaged caused by hail during storms. Faraday Construction takes pride in their construction services and customer service. Brent Vaughn stated the following about his company's vision, "to be fair to the homeowners as well as the insurance companies. To make sure that everything that was damaged by hail in that storm gets covered." He additionally stated the following about his customers, "[we want] to leave the customers satisfied at the end of the day this is their home, their nest egg."

Nick Sauve explained that Faraday Construction obtains their leads through in house and contracted canvassers. They additionally have a call center that answers referral questions, and reaches out to neighborhoods affected by storms. Mr. Vaughn expressed their sales approach is low pressure for the potential client. He went on to state, "we're here to solve a problem. So if a home owner needs something...we find out what they need and give them a fair price."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – FARADAY CONSTRUCTION

During the onsite interview Mr. Vaughn was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Vaughn expressed a scenario during the beginning of his career when a customer was unhappy with a paint job. Additionally, there was a miscommunication which Mr. Vaughn explained, "she wanted a certain type of metal roof that we gave her, and then changed her mind after it had already been ordered." In order to remedy this he cleaned up the over spray on the home, and credited her the money for the roof. This is not a common complaint for Faraday Construction due to their dedication to customer service, "if there is anything their unhappy about we'll fix it and make it right for them."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Vaughn expressed that the comments were made by Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Sauve's past employer Anthony Marquez. He placed personal attacks online after they made the decision to leave his company to pursue the creation of their own company. In order to ensure potential clients Mr. Vaughn expressed that Faraday Construction is certified through GAF, OSHA 10, as well as the Better Business Bureau.
