I used this apartment locator service because I was promised AT LEAST $100 in return for putting "morgan with fast and free" on my lease application.
Once my application went through... I tried contacting Morgan Vaugnn with fast and free via email and phone SEVERAL TIMES. She ignored my calls/emails/complaints. Once I finally threatened her with legal advice-- she called me a brat and started to change everything she initially said. Nothing made sense and she was completely unethical and unprofessional.
I have confirmation that everything she now claims (trying to get out of her agreement with me) is a lie. I have legal representation so that people like her and fast and free do NOT scam consumers.

Apartment locators work strickly on commissions paid from the properties. That commission can range from nothing, yes sometimes they do not pay the locators, to a percentage of the monthly rental rate. Locators do allot of work for free! There is no scam! Locators are under no obligation to PAY the tenants money to use their service. Makes no sense for people to EXPECT locators to pay them after the locator does all the work in finding them a place to live.
