Fastan stealing employees checks, accusing several employees of theft Auburn, WA Washington

Throughout the time of employment with this company I have heard several accusations on several employees stealing from the company, getting fired and getting told their checks would be held to replace said theft.

The girls always said they were innocent. A few other people including myself and my husband were ripped off wages and my husbands was withheld with the accusation that he stole tools, this is an untrue accusation yet again to an employee, When I told her to take him to court as she threatened she left a message saying she wouldnt take him to court cause me and him would be getting in too deep as all the girls my husband came in contact with felt sexually abused and she knows of 2 that werw abused, which is also a lie, as I talked to some girls. This is defimation of character, she also called me crazy and I just said unfortunately for her I do not believe her so do what you want to do and we will do what we needt to do thanks for the heads up.

Also if this insane accusation on my husband were true and it happened to several women there would have been reports and she would not have promoted him to management. She just panicked because I let her know I got legal advice and was planning on a class action suit from other girls whom were also ripped off. She refuses to pay my husband and I have already sent in a form to L & I for my missing wages and hourly pay. She would work my husband 62 to 72 hrs a week and pay him 2000. a month before taxes with no breaks or overtime and call it a fare salary. ( yeah right below min wage) She would get me doing things that management should do and pay me nothing. She swears at the employees and she swears and abuses the customers as well. I am at a point of not knowing what to do and dont want to see more people getting hurt by this. Please help stop the madness, I have never witnessed such inane unethical workplace practices in my life and pray I never will again.
