Fathers Choice / Premier Family Services "Left Me and My Two Sons Hanging" Goleta California

A few weeks ago I found this Fathers Choice org. on Dads America web site.I contacted them as to the problems I was dealing with about the visitation issues with my two sons in California. I have been kept from seeing my sons for over a year now and have had no contact with them via phone, in over 6 months. I was granted by the court on Sept 4th 2008 to be able to talk with my sons, but have been denied by their mother and her attorney.

Fathers Choice asured me that they could help me in preparing the proper leagle documents to regain my visitation rights, modify the orders in place, and instruct me the day before my hearing, (which is tomorrow, Dec. 10th 2008) with court prep. I paid almost 1000.00 dollars for paper work that missing a third page of my Decalartion. I recieved the paper work on friday the 5th of Dec via UPS, and upon filling out the pages with info. on my behalf noticed that there was a page missing. I contacted them via phone and left a message with their answering service to have them contact me ASAP so I could get this vital piece of paper in order to file it with the court, as well as serve my ex-wife and her attorney. "NO REPONCE"

Yesterday, the 8th of Dec. once again I contacted their service to please get an urgent message to Fathers Choice as to the missing page of my documents. After 8 phone calls, and 3 e-mails to three different woman that I had spoken with in the last week and half, "NO RESPONCE".

As of right now I have uncompleted documents, a hearing in california tomorrow morning, two sons that are being kept from their father for aligations by their mother that are false and no money to retain proper Legal help in this matter. I have been unemployed for over three and a half months and miss my sons so, so much!

I am very depressed about this whole matter, and to read the report of the man in Rhode Island that had dealings with the same service and got "screwed" the same way I did, hurts me very much.I will be contacting the local authorites and the state as to the nature of this org. and their dealings with the general public and fathers that have issues such as mine.
