This company promises to help people in time of need yet once they take the money out of your account ( the very day you call) all help is stopped. It is very difficult to reach anyone at this company or if you do talk to someone, you will be told that they will call you back and never do.
When we actually reached a real person, we cancelled our membership and requested the $98.00 be refunded to us due to poor service. We have yet to see it and suspect we never will.
