Faulkner Nissan Harrisburg PA Cashed a $500 check to hold vehicle that I called and asked them to mail back to me or destroy Harrisburg Pennsylvania

I have had several bad experiences with Faulkner but decided to give them one more try. Dec 29 I stopped to see what kind of a deal I could get on trading my Rogue lease vehicle. Told them where I wanted my payments and what I wanted in the vehicle. The payment came in way high. I got a quote on a stripped down model and left a deposit. I left the dealership and got a text from another dealer with a quote on exactly what I wanted for $100 less than Faulkner's stripped down vehicle. I contacted the Faulkner salesman immediately and told him the deal was off and to destroy my check he said he would. Upon checking my bank statement I descovered FAULKNER cashed my check. Had I not checked, Faulkner would have made themselves $500.
