I ordered mint tins from this company totaling at $273.95. The tins were received and when I opened the first tin it was damaged and had the wrong mints in it. I called right away and found that the machine says "mailbox is full." I e-mailed right away and had no responce. Three e-mails were sent over the next few days and many calls were made, only to hear "mailbox is full." I did finally get to leave 2 different messages which neither allowed me to receive a phonecall back. In the mean time I called my credit card compnay and had the charge removed.

I figured that would let favorwarehouse know I was serious and needed to hear back from them. Finally about 5 days later I had reached a manager named Jim. He told me that he would credit me and exchange the items. I asked for the shipping to be taken off of the new order, for the aggravation, and he said no. I decided to cancel my new order and get them from a different company.

Once I told Jim to cancel the order he said fine but the charge would stay until he got the wrong mint tins back. I understood that he did not trust me as I did not trust him so I said fine but I want them picked up ASAP so the charge was off. He said UPS would come soon and he would charge my card 10 more times if he had to until he got the bad mint tins back. He was very nasty.

I finally got in touch with Connie, a manager above Jim, who tried to help me but I decided to go with another company. In the mean time the mints were picked up and I received an email saying I was credited the entire ammount. Two days later I get another email saying I would only be credited for the items and not the shipping b/c my entire order was not fully opened. This did not make sence b/c the first tin was damaged and had the worng mints.

I was not about to open all the other 99 tins , knowing they had to be returned anyway and then having the foam pieces all over my living room. I again tried to call Connie, but got "mailboxes are full." This is very frustrating. I emailed her back that this is unexceptable and I also called my credit card company again. Do you think Connie responded to my e-mail???? NO!!!!! This company is rude and not professional. They were sarcastic and did not care about the customer. Their products are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you are getting married , Congrats!!!, but do not go to favorwarehouse.com!!!
