Do you know a person who has some association with this product named Bill Clark? I am looking to speak with him so I can get information. I am missing pieces of information about the gasket.Somewhere in a discussion his name came up and he may have information.

I personally know Frank Lipski. I use to visit him at his facility in the city of Artesia to hang out, party and pass the time. I never met the person responding to the fraud allegations Mr. James Fisher, it is obvious he has never set foot at location or is simply being dishonest. Fazer Tech is located in the city of Artesia but not on the street mentioned by Mr. Fisher. The place is not secure the only security there is an electric security gate and hidden camera in his bedroom. Frank Lipski ended our friendship after he discovered there were items missing from his property. This place is a hoarders paradise; it has a lot of space to store the trashed items he picks up from dumpsters. I know this because I drove my vehicle to pick up trashed items that would not fit in his vehicle. He just moved in to this commercial property located directly across the street from previous location. I helped him relocate 3 months ago. The BBB isn't likely to ever have reason to list a research firm not dealing with the general public. If GM or GE were to have an issue with them, they're not going to complain to the BBB. Some of the Veep's points are solid. If they're facility is home to sensitive operations with security risks, then they're not going to have mail sent there directly. No investment of such magnitude should be entered into anyway without legal representation.

We only dealt with any accredited investor, not the public, nor would we ever, to raise funds to complete our own prototype. we are not agents, or unlicensed brokers, we own this technology and have our engineers, machinists and mechanics in cooperation with two large interested licensees completing R&D.   3. )"the office address for Fazer Technologies is a P.O. box rental location..(Google it)..." That is correct, our mailing address is a secure mail box. For security reasons our actual physical location is in a highly secured access restricted building under armed guard protection due to the threats and industrial espionage we have to defend against. Building a prototype that allows for a revolutionary propulsion technology requires more than an ignorant approach to security. This is a half truth that doesn't hold water once looked into. All of our actual partners have the ability to visit our actual physical location, however, the general public does not. 4. "cannot find any public record or BBB rating on Fazer Technologies  being in existence" Fazer Technologies Corporation is a Delaware Corporation in good standing and with no need to pay for any BBB association or rating. We simply do not need the BBB for any reason, we have no complaints from anyone except this fraudulent report. 5. "the claim to have a 40,000 sq ft facility in Artesia- no records, phone numbers found." The facility referred to is the inventors facility on Rosemont in Artesia, not our R&D facility. It is an easy 40,000 sqft maybe more. Again, a half truth distorted by this person, who never spoke to any executive at our company but receives all his "facts" either second hand or makes them up as he goes along. 6. "THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD 4)US PATENT# 4231241 was filed in 1980 and is EXPIRED!!!  US PATENT#5046466 IS EXPIRED AND was also superseded by a german company Plaskin in 1987 which makes the present one void" This man knows nothing about the details of these patents nor does he know patent law. These patents were awarded to Mr. Lipski and these patents were assigned to developers for a period of 25 years. Upon expiration of the patents Mr. Lipski was in negotiations to receive more compensation or the assignment of the patents and those negotiations are ongoing. Fazer Technologies has no claim to these patents and they were simply mentioned to show the over 25 year history of inventions honored with patents to Mr. Lipski. He is a certified genius in technical inventions. we are building a prototype electromechanical propulsion with never before used ideas, nothing else. 7. company states they received "award of merit" presented by President Ronald Regan- goggled it as well as contacted that department in the US government and was told " FRANK LIPSKI. PETER REINHART" OR Fazer Technologies never received such a award" Total lie. We never received such an award. Mr. Lipski did receive the award from the Reagan administration and has the actual award in his hands for anyone to see. Again these details are shown to our actual partners, not the general public, when visiting our actual location. Again, our development location is not disclosed publicly for security reasons. However our actual partners have it and can visit it. Research on a Peter Reinhart is useless, since the last name is misspelled. The person who filed this report is ignorant, wasting yours and our time here. 8. "6)the company representative Sunny said "they were in negotiations with G.E. and and a German Company Bosch, I contacted both Corporations and after numerous departments was told by both companies that " We are not in negotiations with Fazer Tech and further stated "negotiations would not even start untill that company and its product went through rigorous R&D." This person doesn't know what he is talking about. We are in direct contact with the office of the Chairman of GE and no one there would acknowledge to just anyone calling in any top secret development projects under way. Our actual partners have the ability to speak to the personal assistants and Legal Department in Connecticut on a conference call with us, to get the verification they would want. An idiotic half brain like the person reporting here does not have a s****.>

The purpose of this site is to get everything out in the open.  Your reply to the original post provides no answers to the multitude of accusations and research done by the complaintant.  Telling people to 'call you' and 'talk to an executive' is ludicrous.  Why would someone want to call and get your sales pitch?  If you disagree with the claims, then respond in detail and address them.  Right now you look even more guilty, as you have failed to do this.
