Sam Wynne (Vendor) runs FB Marketing and I told them clickbank also that I did not like package and was suppose to receive a refund of $77.00

Clickbank stated that that ticket was closed. I tried to reopen it 10 times.

Told Sam he told me Clickbank handles all refunds! So after going through both places!

I have no software and I have no refund.. Very upset how business was handle from a company and clickbank!

I will never buy anything from clickbank again they have gone down hill very fast in caring for their customers.

I will not stop promoting this above to helpo anyone else from going the same way I did.

I will write an article and put on my online news paper:

I'm surprised we ended up on here

Tony contacted me one day and said he was having problems getting his refund out of clickbank. I told him all payments are processed through clickbank and all refunds i.e. we don't control the money - clickbank does, and then pays us roughly 6 weeks later out of the money that remains in the account.

Tony had made the mistake of lodging a refund as a cancellation, which for clickbank is not a refund, but is a cancellation of the monthly membership.

But then Tony tried to get a refund through the same ticket - which was a actually a cancellation ticket. So when he opened it again, he got really upset and started swearing at the clickbank staff. Then I guess they got upset at him and just closed the ticket again (it doesn't help to abuse people you are trying to get money out of - trust me, I've been there and done that).

I told Tony to open a new ticket but this time open a REFUND ticket. I took great care to tell Tony how to go through the process properly to get the money back.

But then he resorted to swearing at them again when they acted ignorant (which I can totally understand). I am guessing that they took it personally, because when I tried to open the ticket again twice for him - they just closed it down immediately.

Anyway, this morning Tony informs me via email that he posted a ripoff report against me and my business partner and our course, which is very upsetting. We are working our asses off to offer our buyers extremely good marketing information and to get this kind of complaint as a result is devastating - it makes me feel ill just thinking about it.

I guess what makes it worse for me is that I have spent time helping Tony over the last few days patiently working with him to try to get thing this sorted out. Not once have I ignored him, when he asked me to intervene with clickbank I did so immediately (even though it failed).

I have never cast back any negative comment to Tony or been rude - I have been prepared to work with him in any way necessary. Why? Because I strongly believe that your reputation and your character are assets to be fiercely guarded. So I don't screw people, I try to treat everyone with respect, and to be more than fair (and my business partner follows this value system too, which is why we work together).

If it came to it I would be prepared to pay him out of my own back pocket to get this thing sorted out. In fact that is what I am offering here. Tony I will pay you out of my own personal account to fix this thing. I am serious about my reputation, and I would rather jump off a cliff rather than someone have anything negative to say against my reputation. Give me your paypal address - there is $77 coming your way.

And no I'm not doing this just because it is appearing on ripoff report. I am not some valueless person. I have family, and friends, and I respect customers and clients and want to partner with them long term.

I was prepared to do this earlier, but I was trying to guide Tony through the right process of getting a refund out of clickbank first. As you could imagine, if I paid every single person a refund from my personal account instead of guiding them through the right channels, then it would be extremely time consuming and a headache to deal with later when it came to processing taxes.

I guess Tony just doesn't know me enough yet, and probably never will after this experience. Anyway, like I said Tony - give me your paypal address - I will never have anyone call me a ripoff or a scammer.
