FBK Products Terroristic Threat West Palm Beach Florida

They called me, asked me if I have a septic tank. I told them that I do. They told me they were sending me septic tank solution, and it will call one hundred and something dollars. I never received the product. After a few months, I got my septic tank empties. After emptying the septic tank, somebody called me from that office and told me that I owe them more than two hundred dollars, and that I haven't paid them yet. I told them I had not received the product. They told me they have proof of delivery. I asked them to send me a copy of the proof of delivery, which they never did.

They started calling me again, and told me that if I need proof of delivery, I should call UPS myself, and they don't supply customers with proof of delivery because it is between them and UPS. Then, they started telling me that they are going to ruin my credit record. I suggested them to do it if they want to, so that I can file a lawsuit against them. They didn't call me back for at least a month.

Then, they kept calling me back very often, waking me up in the morning with all kinds of lies and threats. On February 17, 2009, I received a phone call early in the morning, and the lady told me that she had faxed me a copy of a bill. I asked her what bill she was talking about, and she told me "the one I spoke with you about yesterday." I told her she has not talked to me. She said, "This is Lisa. Don't you remember me?" I said, "No, you did not talk to me." She said, "I spoke with you yesterday." Then I told her that I am the only man in this house and she did not talk to me yesterday. Then she said maybe my wife spoke with her yesterday. I told her to send me proof of delivery, and she hung up the phone on me. I called that number back.

This time, a man answered the phone. I asked him to send a copy of the proof of delivery. He asked me to get that from UPS, and hung up the phone. Then, the same gentleman called me back and told me that this has been going on for a long time, and they haven't received the money, and if I don't pay them, he will blow up my family in my house. I called them many times and told them that a terroristic threat is not a civil matter but a criminal matter, and that if they continue with terroristic threats, I am going to call the FBI. I called the supervisor. His name is Rick Chiat. He told me "We don't conduct that kind of business in our company, and I will look into it." The end result was that they are going to continue doing what they are doing, and he made it clear that I should go whatever I can. I think this is something that, if it has been going on for so long, people should come forward and call the federal government and have them investigate it. This is interstate commerce, and, most likely, the FBI can get involved. Maybe they have scammed so many people out of money, probably people are paying them just to make sure they don't receive any more phone calls from them.
