Trendy Princess - Felicia Wycoff took my money, never sent my order, despite emails and phone calls Denver Colorado

I ordered a large amount of nail art supplies from Ms. Felicia Wycoff (whose name I suspect is false) early this year. After a month the order hadn't arrived, so I emailed Ms. Wycoff about this and was told that the order may take up to 8 weeks. Come 8 weeks later and guess what? NO ORDER!

I waited a further two weeks and contacted Ms. Wycoff by phone. She was charming and genial and said the order must have got lost in the post. She said she would send the order again, and gave me a tracking number. She said to wait 2-4 weeks for the order to arrive.

I checked out the tracking order, which turned out to be bogus. I emailed Ms. Wycoff and left several messages on her phone, but to no avail. Whilst this set off the alarm bells, stupid me still gave her the benefit of the doubt.

6 weeks later and still nothing. By then my credit card company told me it was too late to reclaim the hundreds of dollars that I had spent. As of 07/22/08 Ms. Wycoff's site asks that you contact her via phone or text. I have tried to do so and she never responds to my calls.

Ms. Wycoff - if that even is her name - is one of several beauty suppliers who, in my experience, have turned out to be cowboys. I have been buying online for many years and, until my foray into the beauty industry, have never encountered such fraudsters.

I urge that you exercise EXTREME CAUTION when buying from independent vendors. Established companies may be more expensive but at least you can be assured of their validity.
