He said he would make us a website for our startup company for a $1000, with $500 to be paid in advance. We paid over a year ago, and there is no website made or being made for us.  Felix Pantaleon of New York, NY, accepted money from myself and 2 friends for web design services over a year ago. We paid half the fee up front, with the agreement that the balance would be paid when the website was complete. 16 months have passed, and there is no website, and no communication or feedback from Felix Pantaleon. We did some digging, wanting to know if anyone else has been scammed by him, and found very disturbing things on several social media sites about him. He apparently uses "Caliberhitter" as his online character, and "NastyNorthNYC" as his rapper character. He has slandered, hacked, defamed, stalked, terrorized, and scammed many many people. Lesson learned - never pay someone up front without a written agreement.
