Feral Loan Modification Law Center Took $995 and did nothing!! No communication what so ever. Never even contacted my mortgage company at all. Irvine California

I had contaced them after I had received several emails in regards to home loan modifications and I needed to reduce my pmts after a seperation. They were all to eager to help me out and really sounded sincere. Boy was I wrong, after they got my money I was not able to get any one to return any of my calls when I would call to find out the progress of my case. I did however get ahold of Mike Young the one who was so sincere and told me that they would be able to help me and it would cost me $995 to start the process. I cant believe that he even took my money after I had told him that this was the money that I had planned to give to my mortgage company. After several emails to him he told me to contact customer service. I did this did recieve someone the first time I called he wanted more information that I had to get for him and call him back. I did this and have never been able to get ahold of anyone there again. I again emailed Mike Young who told me that he no longer worked there. Go figure... I have been treated unfairly and I am sure that they are still ripping people off who are going to them for help because they are afraid of losing thier home only to be taken advantage of. This company needs to have to pay for what they have done to everyone involved. I will do what ever it takes to bring them down and get my money back.
