I started with this company and Andrew, Adam and Stephen Lied about everything and anything just to get a Sale. After 4 months they got one of the units installed and they had promissed to have all three installed within 3 months.

They Never told mer that it was mandatory that UCS make drops every month, I was told if there was enought money in the unit it did not need to have a cash drop.

They told me they do all this research to place machines, and that the units will be in great locations that will produce the promissed 12 transactions per day well all the unit installed have lost money from day one.

They don't answer your calls and or return email until they have been threathen with legal action, them they lie about not getting the calls or Emails.

When i requested to have the Units moved a a good location i was told it would happen within a week and never heard back from them for months.

When i filed a complaint with the BBB, is when they said they would start moving the units, shortly afetr that they are shut down by the FTC.

Re: Fidelity ATM * Fidelity Bankard are Cardservice International

--------

To Fidelity ATM victims,

I also found on the above Florida gov websites, motions issued by Andrew and Allison's atty that $50,000.00 of assests be unfrozed and another $25,000.00 be unfrozen to pay living expenses and attorney fees. The motion by their attorney lists them as "indigent" with no income or resources to readily bring about income. This would total $75,000.00 that their lawyer wants made available to them to live in their 1,030,000.00 home and to pay their over qualified attorney fees.

I have sent a letter to the Judge asking that he deny this motion, I don't know if it will help but it certainly cannot hurt. I encourage everyone of you out there to write a similar letter to the judge asking him to deny this motion make reference to case no. 9:06-cv-81101-DTKH, do all you can to preserve any and all of the money we have coming to us.
