a young woman came to my door 7/17/2008 selling magazine subscriptions stating she was in a program for young people who had been in trouble of some sort. she stated her problem had been alcohol abuse and shoplifting.

feeling badly for her and thinking she was trying to better herself i bought three subscriptions from her never imagining the total would be $160.00. i became suspicious when she left and looked up the company on the internet where i found numerous complaints.

i stopped payment on my check (the person asked for cash, stating she would get more points) and tried to email this company but email delivery failed.
