I was approached on May 20, 2008 in a Walmart parking lot by a young man claiming he was in a contest, selling magazines and he was really close to winning it. He was very personable and friendly. After contemplating for a while I chose to help him. He stated that I could cancel within 3 days if I wanted to. When he wrote out my receipt it was for $60 instead of $40 like he told me. He said that there was a one time fee for signing up, and I felt ripped off at that point already but decided to proceed. As soon as I got home I decided to cancel the order. I sent in the cancellation that same day. I kept calling them to see if my cancellation had gone through and for over 4 weeks they told me that they have not received it yet. Finally after 6 weeks of calling them they finally told me that they had printed my refund check and it would be sent that day. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not seen any refund check. I am so angry that I fell for this scam. Please don't buy anything from anybody telling you that they are with FRS.
