Fifth Third Bank customer service is the worst Cinncinatti Ohio

Long/short story. I bought a new truck and financed it through this bank 1 1/2 years ago. I have exceptional credit, and was happy to buy the vehicle.

Within two weeks, I had to take the new vehicle for repairs. This went on at twice to three times a month for 6 months. I got an attorney to lemon law the thing. I have had it in the shop on average of 22 times in 19 months. This vehicle has d**n near destroyed my business and now my personal life.

Now Fifth Third comes into play. Last Dec, the manufacturer has finally made an almost deal with me. I can't close the deal and get rid of this d**n thing. Fifth Third has not cooperated with anything. Now they won't even talk to the manufacturer so the manufacturer can pay them off. The manufacturer wants the title and Fifth Third states its not their "policy" to share my account info with the manufacturer to get paid.

I have signed and given to the manufacturer a release to give to Fifth third bank, but Fifth Third will not cooperate in any way. I am trapped, going broke, and now Fifth Third is calling me 10 times a day about a payment that isn't even 30 days late on my cell phone.

When I call to get them to try to reason, I am automatically transferred directly to collections and harassed by a Filipino or Indian. I am almost trying to decide if I want to burn the vehicle in the banks parking lot or the dealerships. I think Fifth Third is trying to drum me into bankruptcy.

I've quite simply ran out of money and steam. I used to have good credit. It could all be over if the bank would simply cooperate. They could be paid off, the manufacturer could have their lemon back, and I could attempt to put my life back together.
