Bill and Son Towing Bill and Son was contracted to lift and transport a shipping container. Upon arriving they insisted on being paid in full. Due to undersized and/or worn equipment, they did not provide the service. They refused to give a refund of the $2100 cash paid or accept responsibilty for defective or worn equipment.
