I paid over $1000 to Financing Alternatives, Inc and cancelled my order when I left my job because I could no longer afford it. I am supposed to have "store credit", however, I cannot reach anyone by phone and I've sent close to a dozen emails, none of which have been answered. If there is anyone out there with any info on how I can recover my money please respond.
