I ordered products from fingerhut over 4 years ago and never received shipment. Fingerhut cust. serv. reps. advised me to give shipment at least 30 more days to arrive. It never did. When I called cust. serv. again they asked me to contact my post office, which I did, and see if they had any record of shipment.
They did not. Again I contacted cust. srv. They would not reship the order, nor would they remove charges from my account. It has since been added to my credit report and despite all my efforts I cannot resolve this with fingerhut or Axsys national bank.I have no intention of paying for things I never received, but I do want to warn anyone who might be thinking about ordering anything from fingerhut or doing any business with Axsys national bank. Also I still receive threatening letters from the infamous NORTHSHORE COLLECTION AGENCY.
I gave up trying to deal with any of these people. Biggest rip off, scam, etc.
