IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS FOR THIS PRODUCT I WOULD!! THESE CINCHERS RUN WAY SMALLER THAN OTHER SITES AND YOU'LL HAVE TO GET 2 SIZES UP THAN WHAT YOUR NORMALLY WEAR B/C THERE IS LITTLE TO NO STRETCH. I SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO OTHER REVIEWS I SAW OF A CUSTOMER WHO STATED SHE PURCHASED A CINCHER & IT WAS TOO SMALL THEN EXCHANGED IT AGAIN AND IT STILL DID NOT FIT. PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU PURCHASE ONE CINCHER & EXCHANGE IT THAT AUTOMATICALLY ELIMINATES YOUR ABILITY TO GET A FULL REFUND IF THE NEW PRODUCT STILL DOESN'T FIT.
THE COMPANY MAY BE WILLING TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR ANOTHER EXCHANGE, BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A REFUND WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. I DID NOT PAY SPECIFIC ATTENTION TO THE EXACT WORDING, SO I ADMIT THAT'S MY MISTAKE BUT TO NOT GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY BACK IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. DON'T BE LIKE ME MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS B/C I'M SURE IF I NEEDED CLARIFICATION OTHERS WILL TOO!! DUE TO THIS I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY...PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

We always recommend to our customers to please see the size chart on images and measure their waist before ordering since our products run small.
