First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation ripoff they do not repair or replace covered items in your home Van Nuys california

First american is a home warranty corporation. They claim to repair or replace covered items in your home. Unfortunately they do substandard repairs, and make you beg and plead to have any repairs done.

Currently they have kept me without hot water for more than 2 weeks. They would not replace my covered water heater, because access to it was blocked by a faulty air conditioner repair that they had previously done.

They need to contract with quality people, do better than sub standard work, and actually do the work in a timely fashion. YOu should not have to beg and plead to get covered work done, and then have it denied because of below standard work that this company has already done.
