First American Home Warranty Using South Placer Heating and Air falsified installing freon into my AC system Sacramento CA

First American Home Warranty sent out South Placer Heating and Air to install freon into my dried up AC system. I am a General Contractor and thinking this is a more affordable plan, I signed up. I personally and video taped this young man from South Placer Heating and Air where he pretended to hook up the hot and cold lines into my roof mount AC unit. AFter only 5 minutes, he came back down and told me he did his job. I asked for him to do a temperature on the ceiling register in the living room, closest to the AC unit. His hand help, HOme Depot temperature laser registered at 59 degrees, even though the air was over 80 degrees from a previous inspection from another AC company. 

Then I had the young man from South Placer Heating and Air piont his radar hand gun to the wall, registering 59 degrees. I then became agitated and told him his hand help gismo is rigged to always show 59 degrees. I kicked him out of my house and paid $0.00. I then cancelled my contract, but this company refuses to refund my money. I"m looking small claims. 

Dont go with this company. It's a fraud.
