First American Mortgage Solutions John Farrell, Julia Bryant, Aslin Duhancioglu, Company is a fraud!!! Do not trust them!!! Audits do not work!! Scam!! Internet, Nationwide

First American Mortgage Solutions is a scam! They call homeowners offering to do a forensic loan audit and say that the audit will force your lenders to reduce your interest rate, reduce your monthly payment, and stop foreclosure or sale dates. This is all false. I am a former employee who was told to lie to homeowners about their services. While they tell you that an audit that they produce will get a loan reconstruction from your lender, it is a lie. First American Mortgage Solutions claims that they have liscenced auditors who perform a certified forensic loan audit. The truth is that they do don't have certified auditors, they have a computerized program that only takes minutes to do and it will not hold up in court and rarely finds any violations. Once these violations are found(if any), what they fail to tell you is that in order to pursue any kind of action against a lender, you would need to hire an attorney out of pocket. FAMS does not Indicate that in their service agreement. They pitch it like they will do everything for you, which is not true. First American Mortgage Solutions also claims that they work with the Federal Trade Commission(FTC) and that the FTC will force lenders to reconstruct loans after violations have found. This is completely false. The FTC's website warns consumers against paying money to companies like this because audits never hold any weight and the changes promised are never delivered. I have pitched and enrolled many, many hopeful homeowners under this false pretense until I figured out the truth and left the organization.

If that wasn't enough, about 90% of the employees that work there, including the owners, have changed their name to protect their identities. They have an F rating with the BBB and Cannot produce any proof that their audit has ever helped a homeowner get a reconstruction. The owner, Julia Bryant is really named Aslin Duhancioglu, John Farrell is another owner. Aslin had to change her name because the last company she worked for was under investigation with local authorities and the secret service for fraud doing the very same thing (audits).She went under the name Allison and the company was called Nationwide Financial Consultants( same address). You should type that company in the search bar and see what comes up. I would urge any potential homeowner to research the FTC's website in regards to this company and forensic audits. Also, if you are a current client and feel that you are not seeing the results you expected, perhaps consider contacting the attorney general for orange county ca, the FTC and the Huntington Beach Police dept and call to get a full refund!
