First Capital Consumers Group ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Ontario New York

On May 30, 2002 I was contactd by Amy with First Capital Consumers Group. She told me that I had been approved to received a $5000 gold mastercard and an additional $2500 visa. All I need to do was pay a one time processing fee of $199 and I would receive the cards in 7 to 10 business days. I allowed the $199 to be drafted from my checking account. I have yet to receive any credit cards!! The customer service number that Amy gave me is 416-488-4664, she also gave me a pin number to reference when I called (5959). I have never been able to actually speak with a live person at that number. (And I have called at least 50 times) I either get asked to leave a message or I get sent to a voicemail box!!!
