Ms. Mary Johnson called my home stating that I had the opportunity to change my credit by reestablishing my credit with a visa with a 2,500.00 credit limit all I had to do was to give my routing number and a check number in the amount of $199.00 and I was guaranteed a credit card

she called my office and I did so I was given a pin number pof 2828 I thought about it and called the 416-488-4664 number and said I changed my mind I then put a stop on the check the company then took the money any way without the check number on 7-1-02 since that time I said ok you took the money where is the card? they said by 7-30, then they said 8-15 then they said 8-30 I received the marketing packet with a number for me to call and apply for credit card

I asked to speak with the manager I left numerous messages for the manager Joy Brown to call back I didn't receive any call back I faxed my bank statement with a letter requesting my refund because I had received a form for a secured visa then a letter asking for money to deposit in the secured visa account when the first person said a nonsecured visa and if the company said that was the case then I would receive the credit card.

I have been lied to told my request would take 5 business days this starting 8-22-02 then they said 15 days then only if the worthless packet was received. This was a very foolish thing for me to do. I will never do that again. Hopefully you can help me get my money returned
