First Capitol Consumers Group is a very dishonest ripoff; Lets stop them. Nationwide, Worldwide

In May I received numerous calls from First Capitol Consumers stating I had been approved for a Mastercard with a limit of $2000.00. All I needed to do was send them 199.99 which was deducted out of my savings account. My card was to be here within 30 days. 45 days later I received a benefits folder stating that my card would be sent under separate cover directly from the bank. Im still waiting. I have placed numerous calls and have yet to talk to a live person. Of course it is told that a representative will call back but they dont. Before the money was taken from my account a rep called me so much you would think we were best friends. Im very upset at myself for not seeing this as a rip-off scam. Linda Garland, Texas
