My company (((REDACTED))) had been doing business with First Coast Financial Matchmakers since April 2017. Although we had some questionable moments with the posting of their advertised tradelines, they always resolved any issues that arose, until recently. On September 8, 2017 I purchased a tradeline for $777 for a client (Wells Fargo credit card 15k AU). To this day, the line never posted to the credit file. We went back and forth about the line and the associated addresses on several emails from September 2017 to January 2018. I dealt with Shannon originally and was then forwarded to Val Singles. I was advised the address that was provided on the initial submission was not the same and that caused the problem. I requested a copy of the initial submission because I am fully aware of my address that I provided. I was advised on several occasions that the tradeline had posted, but when I checked the credit reports (consistently checked on several platforms) the tradeline never reflected. They even provided me with a screenshot of what I believed to be an artificial credit score; therefore, I requested to see the entire report they were reviewing, this request was ignored/denied. I was then advised that the spelling of my name was incorrect, I requested a copy of the initial submission once more, to which they completely ignored/denied going back and forth to conclude I was at fault. I requested a full refund or the item that I paid for based on their company disclosure statement and as of today they have failed to honor that.


I also had another incident that has lead me to this matter of frustration with this company. On October 17, 2017, I made a purchase for a tradeline for another one of my clients for a 5k Discover credit card AU. To this day, it has not hit his credit. I was advised that they were having issues with the Discover line and moved him to a Walmart line for the same credit limit. I was not made aware nor did I approve the change. The last correspondence I received was from Val Singles on January 3rd, 2018, stating “She was not aware” of any issues. I have also requested a full refund or the service that I paid for and have not received a response.

I am deeply disappointed and extremely frustrated at this point due to the manner of how business has been handled with First Coast Financial Matchmakers, especially taking into consideration all the customer complaints my team and I had to resolve. I would be out of business if my clientele and new customers didn’t know the cadence of my business principals and how forthright I am.

Their company disclosure states

 “You may cancel your order with 5 days of placing it. If you do not cancel within 5 days, the following information is in effect. All lines appear within 60 days, most post within 30, and some post within 10 days after the statement date. The tradeline(s) will stay on your report for a minimum of two posting cycles (at least 60 days). If you would like to extend a tradeline, please let us know by within 35 days of your purchase to renew or extend your lease. If the line does not appear within the 60 day period listed above, we will issue a replacement. If the REPLACEMENT line does not post within its time period them we will issue a refund. You as the client and/or broker are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us. Being one digit off on a SSN or date of birth, or spelling a name incorrectly will cause a tradeline not to post properly. We DO NOT replace lines when you submit inaccurate information so please double check your info. IF you submit incorrect or inaccurate information, you would need to re-purchase the line again if the order was already processed.”

 I was only requesting that First Coast Financial Matchmakers honor their word and provide the service or a full refund in the amount of $1277. I do not want this to happen to anyone else, it’s not the money at this point; instead it’s the principal of intentional misleading. Their business model is more of a hustle, haphazard type behavior; please don’t risk your money or your clients/friends/relatives, it’s not worth it.
