First Life ripoff Champlain New York

I was contacting my bank and told about a fee of $299.00 that was automatically taken out of my checking account. I wasn't sure what it was for; and when I called my bank to see if they could give me more information about that transaction, all they did was give me a 866 number.
I called the number and spoke with a represenative and was yelled at when I mentioned I didn't know what the transaction was for, and the man told me just to wait for my package. I asked politly what package and asked what would be in it. And the rep. said that he wouldn't repeat himself. And hung up on me for the second time.
I couldn't find any information on this company but once I typed in Peoples Rebate Association, which was given to me by the same guy who hung up on me. I just changed my name. When I clicked search about 15 items came up about Scams and first Life was one of the companies.
I tried to dispute the transaction but my bank will not coopperate so they're in for a fight. Bank One has done nothing for me. I will now persue a fight against Bank One for not helping me hwen they are her to help their coustomers.
