First Line Security RIPP- OFF OREM Utah

My trusting sister allowed one of these guys in light blue shirts and khaki shorts to come to her house to install a free alarm. She gave them banking information as they said that thee monthly fees for this alarm system MUST be deducted automatically from her bank account. Well, she did.

A month after she provided them with her information a fee of 24.99 started being cdeducted from her bank account. Well a few months after she began getting calls from First Line saying that she has not been making her payments of 44 dollars.

After an investigation she was told that the 24.99 was for a voicemail set up that was throu First Line VOIP.Some sort of voicemail system she never signed up for. In a matter of 15 months they deducted 374.85 from her bank account. Ever since she has been trying to get a refund to no avail.

I called the company myslef, got a little more agressive and they started referring me to other non working numbers. I finally spoke to some NINA DUFFY who stated that, eventhough when you call the number fro first line, it actually says First Line Security, they are ONLY the managing company.

GET THIS THOUGH, she explained that when you call first line security you are transferred to them automatically. OH! It gets worse....eventhough you are calling first line, then say they are only the managing company, they have nothing to do with First line Voicemail Services who is actually deducting the cash from my sister's bank account, BUT, they can get a message to them asking them to call me! PLEASE!

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE WHO GET INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. An alarm system is to protect you, but this so called alarm comany does the opposite. They Take from you. A few weeks ago, my sister came home to find her front door open, alarm disarmed, never alerted the security company or the police. COULD IT HAVE BEEN FIRST LINE IN HER HOUSE PHYSICALLY ROBBING HER????
