First National Bank Of Marin FNBM are thieves, extortionists, liars and use despicable and fraudulent practices! Las Vegas Nevada

I was sent an unsecured credit card by the First National Bank of Marin in order to rebuild credit. Once I realized that I had to send in money to create a balance on the card of $200.00, I immediately called the company and told them that I did not want the card. I cut the card up and discarded it after the phone call. The card was never used, never activated. I started receiving statements with interest fees for a card that was never used. Today (6 years later), I am receiving harassment calls from creditors who are threatening to garnish wages and this negative information has appeared on my credit report for over 6 years. I have called them numerous times to get this expunged and to no avail. These people are thieves of the worst magnitude and I want this stopped! I am contacting an attorney who will proceed with action against these monsters!!!! They are trying to extort $1,100 from me for a credit card that was never activated, never used!!!! This is unreal!!!!! How can one company victimize so many people and get away with it? Well, I do not plan to rollover and play nice!!!!
