First Premier Bank ripoff fraudulent billing Internet

Hi Everybody!

I'm not sure that it's really a right place to complain, but, whatever, my hands've been shaking all morning and I need some support..

I've never ever responded to ANY scam-looking offer or applyed for ANY type of credit card on-line, by mail or over the phone. Here's what happened. on the 26th of October there was charge of 324.24 $ taken out of my checking account made payble to First Premier bank. I usually check my banking on-line every other day so when I noticed transaction it was already posted. Immediately, I called my bank to report that but it was too late to have them refund it right away, now they're going to send me paperwork so that I sign it and they will start research on that. I was advised to close my account but I couldn't because I have checks sent out which are to be cashed whithin 2 weeks and there's nothing I can do to stop them, so... at least for 2 weeks:
1) I'm out of over 300 buks
2)I'm going crazy cuz I can't close account and for at least 2 weeks I have to check it every @#*# hour to make sure there's no unathorized transactions made payble to other thrid party

Once again: I've never even heard of First Premier bank and not even going call them after reading all these reports cuz obviosly it's not gonna help. I'm working on this with my bank and really hope that this freaky friday is not gonna cause me any more troubles.
