Got this High Fee Card to help build Credit. Fraud charges appeard on Card in Feb 2010. Dispute was filed with no resolved. Contacted First Premeir and was adviced that since the card was paid in full we would investigate and get back with you.
March 2010 With zero balance the account was closed Over paida total of$146.00 for the fraud charges and we was waiting that a refund of those fraudulant charges to be returnedto us after the investigation was completed.
April First Premeir reopened the card and instead of refunding the $146 we over paid for the fraudulant chargesFirst Premieradded those charges back to our account and deducted another $146 from our account. Those we paid twice now for the same fraudulant charges to the account.
May we get a statement that our account is paid in full and we only owe $7.00 for the monthy fees.I called and let them know that we closed the account and paid it full back in March of 2010 and was waiting for refund of the additional payment that was taken by First Premier.
June statement comes with a Zero Balance and new charges of - Yes you quessed it "The$146 for those fraud charges are back on the statement for the 3rd time".

The First Premier Rep Personally told me THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY SEE TO IT THAT MY CREDIT WOULD BE DESTROYED when the keep reporting it and then finally Charge it off as a bad debit

#1 Consumer Suggestion
STAY OFF THE PHONE!!, and get a LAWYER ASAP!
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

The first thing you need to learn is to STAY OFF THE PHONE in any legal and/or financial dispute as telephone calls NEVER protect your rights, and they leave you no evidence when it comes time to go to court.
Always communicate in any dispute ONLY in writing and send ONLY by certified mail, return reciept requested. Be sure to put the certified# in the body of the letter, and keep a copy for your records. This proves exactly what you sent.
Do you have copies of letters back and forth of these disputes? How about the closure of your account? I hope you kept all of this.
At this point you really need to hire an attorney.
Do it today.
