After applying for their credit card online, I never heard anymore till 6 weeks later. They sent a statement and said I owed them $178.00 on a $300.00 credit card. The $178 was processing fees, application fees, participation fees and annual membership. When I called and said I didn't want this card they said pay the $178 and the account will be closed. No credit card, no explanation of these fees, I said NO WAY! Two weeks ago I got a letter saying they would drop all fees and close the account. WHAT A SCAM, RIPOFF, A MALICIOUS, MEAN SPIRITED AND PREDATORY bank! I wonder how many people they strong armed to accept this crud? After I file this report I am writing them to tell them about my ripoff report and send a copy to the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis.
