This senior citizen was duped by a company that RESPONDED FIRST to her distressful condition after the hurricane. To date the roof is still leaking, 79 year old woman does not have ANY money to repair her roof!!!!
Defendant, First Response Group has moved several times and changed names evading service. Plaintiff has sent court papers to individual and company.
The parties are involved in a civil dispute regarding the roof work to be performed by a CERTIFIED ROOFING CONTRACTOR which never was even started, and the money paid to be returned to Plaintiff in the amount of $5,000 WHICH WAS GIVEN TO HIM ON 8/15/06. Check was paid on 8/16/06 through Wachovia Account xxxx01x04x412 .
The Plaintiff is prepared for hearing/trial on October 22, 2008 in Miami, FL
