In May 2010, I told them that I am moving out so i need to cancel the gym. They agreed and asked me to return the gym card as well as asked me to fill out cancel form. I did all as they said and they told me that everything will be taken care of. But unfortunately, they did not cancel my gym membership and keep on charging me every month in my credit card, they charged for june, july , august and I was not aware of that , as i used to pay the credit card bill without checking it. in August I lost my credit card and they were not able to collect money from my credit card then they started calling me and unnecessarily threatened me to ruin my credit history and started adding too much money like $ 300, 400 etc .. that's too much.. later they said i need to provide moving address, I told them that I moved to usa and canda post don't forward letter to usa and i gave them my us address but still they started harassing me by not cancelling my account and asking too much money 10 times more than their monthly fee.. I gave them everything that is required for cancellation but they are ignoring my letters and keep on adding bills everyday.. When I joined they make very easy for everything but now when i left they are making me very hard and after my money only. please help me and save me, I am getting calls and letters from them they are not ready to listen rather they start increasing my bills and threaten me. now some kind of collection agency charged $ 700 bills and started not giving attention to my response. I am undergoing too much mental stress . I can't sleep, my health is getting bad. Is there any system to save us from such kind of company .. Is it allow for any company to do anything to their cosumer, Is there any right for us.
