Fitness deals USA also goes by the name of 24hourfitdeals.com. Jim Rosen runs this business over the internet. He has a "virtual Office" and no physical showroom or warehouse. The pictures of equipment shown on his websites are not ACTUAL photos of the equipment he supposedly has for sale. He IS NOT a distributor for PHYSCIO -STEP (Not sure about the others) but claims to be a supplier. He goes by various names, David Stevens, William Robinson, Levi, Jim, James to name a few. You will notice that the voice recordings for both companies sound the same. I contacted his accountant and was told that he does infact own BOTH companies although he will denie it verbally when asked.

He will try and talk you into paying with an electronic check instead of a credit card. DO NOT DO THIS!

He has multiple complaints on "pissed customers" due to to his fradulent business practices. He has over 35 complaints and folks have reported over $42,000 in losses.

Fitness Deals FINALLY makes it right

AUTHOR: DONA - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, December 08, 2018

I did in fact purchase a piece of exercise equipment from Fitness Deals USA back in April of 2018. I spoke with James Rosen, the owner who convinced me to pay in cash. He was very smooth and sly about the whole deal. He knew the equipment was for my two handicapped children. He also knew at the time that he apparently needed some financial help with his company. He took my money and NEVER even sent an order for the physio step recumbent bike to the actual vendor. I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with HIM. He lied repeatedly to me. You can change your name, but the voice was ALWAYS the same. Levi, James, David etc. I contacted the LA police department as well as my local police. I filled reports and paid money to find and speak with an attorney in the LA area. I was counseled to NOT file suit with an attorney due to the cost. It was suggested that I file a case in small claims court.

Every word I've written is the truth. James is a habitual lier. In October of 2018 I saw a YouTube video featuring a Two on your Side report on James and Tiffany Rosen, owners of Fitness Deals USA. The report featured other customers of theirs that were faced with the same delima...talked into paying CASH for equipment that was NEVER delivered. (Once he'd scammed enough customers he opened ANOTHER website, 24hourfitdeals and continued on his merry way. Again, I got this information from the vendor of my piece of equipment.) The TV report on his fradulant business practices seemed to FINALLY get his attention. Shortly after the news story aired I received an email asking for my original purchase receipt. I submitted it to Fitness Deals USA and did in fact receive a FULL refund with interest. HOWEVER, the email stated that they'd spent COUNTLESS hours trying to resolve these issues, AROUND the clock. Again, false statements. I spent COUNTLESS hours trying to get my hard earned money back. He lied about his idenity, was rude, lied that Fitness Deals USA and 24 Hour Fit Deals we're owned by the same people. He only made this right once a light was publically she'd on him.

#5 UPDATE Employee ..inside information

POSTED: Friday, December 07, 2018

We have sent out numerous letters to our customers apologizing for the inconvenience we may have put them through due to our financial challenges and have provided refunds in full plus interest to all customers whose orders we were not able to fulfill. Advisors have informed us that you are engaged in a dispute with your former business associate.

We have never had any business or personal involvement with you whatsoever. You are posting erroneous statements and committing libel which is a very serious offense. We have been informed that you have also incorrectly accused another fitness company of wrongdoing and their attorney ordered you to stop.

We respectfully request that you terminate this behavior or you will leave our attorneys no other choice but to issue a cease and desist order. We hope you are successful in resolving your dispute with your business partner.

Alex Stanley : Cardio Addicts and more

AUTHOR: Albina - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 07, 2018

A few years ago I got scammed by Alex Stan Goncahrov. He made me his "business partner", and 6 months later scammed for almost 100K.

For 2,5 years I have been trying to find justice and fight this "CARDIO FRAUD". Please see the petition website, maybe it will be helpful for anyone:

thepetitionsite.com/277/471/306/stop-cardio-fraud-alex-g./ .

Also, there is a blog with tons of information from victims: cardioaddicts.blogspot.com . Guest posts are allowed and anyone can share their opinion.

Scammers change their names and names of their businesses, but "technique" always stay the same.
If anything posted on petition website or on the webpage sound familiar, please email to jmfitnessstore@gmail.com . If all people (victims) file reports together, it will be way more effective.
