I ordered and prepaid for a Christmas tree and two wreaths in August. The end of November they told me they could not deliver to me. They said they would refund my credit card. Didn't happen.

If you call their phone number it tells you that you have to use e-mail. I contacted them again and they said they would send me a refund check. Didn't happen.

I contacted them again and they said I would have a check in 5 business days. Didn't happen.

My credit card company won't dispute the charge because I prepaid so long again. Now this company won't respond or return any e-mails. Looks like a great many of us were scammed and defrauded this Christmas. shame on this company, like we have hundreds of extra dollars to just lose to people like this!

I had ordered (And Paid For) Tree's for Christmas 2016 & 2017 Back in the Summer of 2016. Received the Tree in 2016, but did not in 2017. Shortly after Thanksgiving I received the mentioned E-Mail saying that my area Grower could not supply the needed tress and I would not be getting a tree. Instead of a Refund they told me I would get a "Credit" for a 2018 Order. I responded to them that I wanted a Refund Check ASAP (this was back at the begininning of December 2017). To date, I have not received a Check or any additional info.  I have already Filed a Complaint with the Utah Department of Consumer Protection. This appears to be a faiurly Large / Interstate Crime, so hopefully, the matter will be addressed by the Utah Government Agency.
