Five Star Septic Patricia Goins - Owner VA License #: 2705154615 Does not finish work they start Sterling Virginia

Five Star Septic was hired to do a job on my property and; not finish the job and left a huge trench in the yard.  They were contact several times and Rob Cruthters (manager) indicated they would be back out.  Two weeks went by and then the co-owner Patricia Goins indicated through her employees they did not want to do the job any longer; after starting the work, were walking away from the job and did not expect to be paid or compensate me for the damage done to the property resulting from their digging.  They did not come back to fill in the digging they did in the yard and we are missing parts.  Never use Five Star.  The owner will hide from dealing with customer issues (as she did with me) and she would not come to the job site to discuss.
